I depend on my negative feelings to create work that I like, it tends to be surreal although I wish it didn't. After 5 years of feeling low and confused , I finally feel like I'm on the right path and life seems to be a little brighter, which worries me artistically. My mother pressures me to make normie paintings because ''that's what sells'', result: I'm stuck with a bunch of paintings I don't like.
