19, almost 20. I've started analog photography about two years ago. My boyfriend at that time had a so-called "point n shoot" camera and I was really into it. Although Montreal is well known for its cultural diversity, I feel like the art community out here is still very exclusive to the same privileged people, not to mention the male gaze. I always challenge myself to represent cultural diversity through my work which includes not only the models I photograph but also the team I work with (MUA, HAIR, SYLIST, ETC.). I also try to promote the authenticity of film photography with un-retouched photos! :) 19, almost 20. I've started analog photography about two years ago.
